Lakeport Concrete is proudly named after Lakeport Township. The township was formed in the late 1800’s in Woodbury County Iowa.

While Lakeport Concrete was recently formed, the Pepin family, who’s ancestors were early settlers of the Lakeport Township, have been performing concrete work in the area for over 40 years.

Hub Pepin began Pepin Masonry in the mid 1970’s where he specialized in laying block and brick for residential and commercial structures. As time passed, Hub’s reputation grew and so did his workload. His focus over the last 20 years has primarily been on residential projects; such as flat work, footings, basement floors and driveways.
